How to improve your 5S
Kanban with no card substitutes cards by the boxes which contain the parts to be produced. Simple and easy to understand by operators it helps to improve the 5S on the shop floor. The customer production line has to bring back the right boxes to the supplier production line in order to be able to get parts in the future: boxes cannot go everywhere. The boxes flow is under control.
