An Emergency Pick-Up Order is send for each related delivery to the Supplier by the VRO Champion to have the formal confirmation of the agreement.

An Additional Pick-Up Order is send for each related delivery to the Supplier by the VRO Champion to have the formal confirmation of the agreement.

2nd and 3rd are OK.

When a discrepeancy can be closed?

After related promises are faxed back from the supplier and show no discrepancy.

After the last related delivery is received and booked in.

After completion of all actions related on the Discrepancies Board.

Every day during the Discrepancies review meeting.

When receiving days are lower than working days within a week, it is better to take in the loop:

Working days.

Receiving days with additional PUO.

The max of the two.

The min of the two with additional PUO.
