Why large cards?

Are you sure to reach down and pick up the small card?

Obviously not at the right place!

"I forgot the card in my pocket, It has fallen in the box or in the machine..." these are all the common reasons to mess-out a Kanban. By using large cards you can avoid them and protect your system.

These are few examples why we recommend to use large cards:

The card is easily seen and is in a specific holder protected inside the external perimeter of the box but the top of the card is outside. It exists a risk for the card to fall down during the box handling.

The card is attached to a thin layer and rests on one side of the pallet: it will fall at the first handling!

The choice of this location to attach the card is totaly incompatible with the handling of the box. The card will be removed by the operator in order to handle the box and the card will be lost one day or an other.

This card is stored inside the box. It can fall in the bottom behind components and disappear.
