Material and Production Control Manager
The Material and Production Control Manager is the conductor on a day to day basis of the Supply Chain planning operations management.
Customer care
Unique contact with the customer for the management and follow-up of the daily orders, the Customer care is also responsible of the demand arbitration in the MPS and S&OP processes.
Scheduler
The Scheduler can be responsible of the scheduling of production lines or suppliers components. She/he checks and validates the capacities taken in account in the MPS/S&OP processes for her/his ressources.
MPS/S&OP Analyst
The MPS/S&OP Analyst is responsible of the MPS and S&OP process. She/he is the conductor of these processes and not the unique actor or unique contributor.
