Overflow area

An overflow area is strongly recommended to be created in each KANBAN inventory. This area collects:

material with no dedicated location (references produced not in KANBAN);
new references which has not been yet included in the KANBAN system;
references with a current loop higher than their location can absorb.

Of course these cases have to be exceptions. The content of an Overflow Area has to be analysed at the end of each shift.

Loop Update Card Loop Update Cards are used to replace extra KANBAN Cards after a Loop decrease.

Managing exceptions Your loop has suddenly decreased and your inventory is higher than the new loop or you want to build an inventory bank. Our methods to be used in these cases.

Advance Card An Advance Card is used to build an inventory on the top of the Loop.
